PD Day

Today, on St. Patrick’s Day we had professional development in the afternoon.   Our literacy coach was awesome.  She is very pregnant which gave us all a chance to talk about our pregnancies.  There were 7 female teachers telling our individual stories about our pregnancies.  We had many laughs.  In addition our lit coach shared an awesome TED talk about leadership to start our  time.  Our coach understands how busy we are.  We have a new program for entering our grades for the trimester that is due next week.  It is very frustrating program because you can’t see the entire report card for a student.  She left it up to us what we should work on.  Most of us worked on our grades.  It was very helpful since we had each other to lean on for help.
