Important Things to Do

Go to yoga to stretch your muscles concentrate on breathing.

Make someones day by smiling and saying something kind.

Smile more.

Keep cool.

Look at the bright side.

Think positively.

Leave some candy for a friend.

Keep quiet and notice what is going on.

Sleep well so you won’t be cranky.
