Customer Service Annoyance

A few months ago I ordered some medication from a site that my doctor’s office told me about.  I got the medication and all was well until I had to renew the order today.  I put the doctor’s name in and I got this message saying the doctor I put in was not the right doctor.  I called the office and a recording said to push the number 1.  I did, but got the message that no one was available to take the call.  I went through this on Thursday as well, but no one called me back. I was very frustrated.  I’m thinking that maybe they are closed for the weekend, but of course they don’t leave any information about following through to let me know how or when my questions can be resolved.
