Hints of Spring

Write. Share. Give.

A Lovely Saturday.

The air is warm.

Slight breeze blowing,

Iris’are peeking out from the warm earth.

Crocus’ blooming where they have never been.

Perhaps a squirrel planted them.

Green stalk of planted onions in the summer are waving in the breeze.

Curled leaves of kale are growing from last year’s harvest.

A grandfather flying a kite in the field as his grandson attempts to catch  the kit.

Waking up from an afternoon nap feeling reguvenated

All is well.

Ah, how even a hint of spring can awaken so much in us. I love that you wrote about those little hints that we are just beginning to see. Such hopefulness. Nap included!
