Goodbye

My two daughters were home for Easter. My oldest daughter’s boyfriend came as well. Together they made an amazing dinner.  Our refrigerator is packed with leftovers.  My house is packed with my daughters clothes, furniture, boxes, mattress, box frame and numerous other items.  She is off for another adventure in Pittsburgh.  We live 3 hours away so we are sure to visit and most likely move her belongings to Pennsylvania.  She will be there until November.  I miss her already.  She has a big job ahead of her, but I know she will be amazing.

  1. It is bitter sweet. Glad she was able to spend Easter with you. And at least she is only a few hours away.

We’re committed to visiting our daughter in Chicago at least every two months. We get a hotel and pick up all dinning costs. We love the visits ( about 4 hours away) and hope she does too
