Moving

My daughter has been in limbo for the past week with her job. She had finished her political campaign in Missouri and she has been waiting for her new assignment.  She went back to her apartment in NH and  packed up her things knowing that she would likely be leaving the state. She called and said she would be visiting for Easter and would be bringing her bed back home for storage until she has a permanent place to live. She found out that she will be working in Pennsylvania until the presidential election. That means seven months.    Close enough for us to visit and to bring her bed and whatever when she is finally settled. I know she is really excited about this adventure.  The uncertainty would wear on me,but she is looking forward to her new position. We can’t help, but be proud of her.

You must be so proud of her.

  2. Moving around has never been something that comes easy for me, so i liked hearing the mother perspective on children doing differently. Nice slice!

It must be doubly exciting working on a presidential campaign this year. I hope your daughter takes good care of herself. It seems a little dangerous this time around.
