Celebrating

slol 2013I fall asleep to the laughter of my two daughters looking and critiquing pictures of themselves on Facebook.   I hear them practicing a line dance together in the living room.  I wake up and look at my phone and see a Facebook message from my oldest daughter saying, “Celebrating sisterhood with a good old fashion slumber party.”  These are memories I will cherish.  It means so much to me that they have each other.

What is even better is that I am part of SOL Challenge  and it encourages me to pay attention to my life and document these precious moments.

This is what I have loved most about writing every day. It’s been a long time since I lived like a writer. It made me pay attention too. Congratulations on finishing : )

And now that moment is preserved, isn’t that great? So glad you continued writing this month. Looking forward to learning more.
